– Office Admin/Business Development Intern needed


The Role


  • You will be responsible for driving our business as we continue to expand. You will be required to:
  • Spend 2-3 days per week telemarketing and prospecting for new business from our Woolwich, South East London Office
  • Utilise various research methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn, Google Search,
  • Book a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week
  • Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily cleaning services
  • Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close. A typical sales cycle is 4 – 6 weeks
  • You will also help out with some admin tasks


The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • A minimum of 12 months sales or telemarketing experience
  • Self-motivation
  • Drive and tenacity
  • Excellent prospecting skills


The Rewards

Successful Candidate will work:

  • 5 days a week
  • Minimum 5 hours a day starting 10am – 3pm
  • £650 – 800 a month


  • £10 for each qualifying appointment (qualifying appointment = minimum 10 hours a week of potential cleaning contact)
  • £20 (additional) for any appointment that leads to a contract (again, qualifying appointment = minimum 10 hours a week of potential cleaning contact)
